Located 60 km (36 miles) northeast of Sibiu, the guest houses are situated in a small 'Saxon' village.
The village, set in a traditional 'Saxon' zone of Transylvania, dates back to medieval times when first settled in the 1300s.
The rolling hills of Transylvania and the ancient fortified 'Saxon' churches remain largely undiscovered by most tourists. Truffle hunts, horse rides, cooking classes, wine tasting all all part of the offerings.
It's easy one-hour by car from the Sibiu to the south west and one-hours to the northeast from Targu Mures, both with international airport service.
